All the students who studied in Life Christian University(current name: University Of South Los Angeles) from 1993 to 2003, could not have transcripts because conspiracy of scam. And this is, how to committed conspiracy(scam) by Ben K Choi and Richard Kang(University Of South Los Angeles). Ben K Choi registered two Life Christian Universities in 1993, and in 1995 with same addresses(555 w redondo beach bl, #111, gardena, ca, 90248) to California Secretary Of State. And Life Christian University which registered to State in 1995, never existed. But Life Christian University which registered to State in 1993, amended name to Life University in 1995(California Secretary Of State), and amended name to Southern California University in Feb-2013(California Secretary Of State), and amended name to University Of South Los Angeles in Dec-2013(California Secretary Of State), and this registration was fraud(scam). And correct registration was BPPE registration which was, Ben K Choi applied for Life Christian University's BPPE approval in 1993, and Ben K Choi received Life Christian University's BPPE approval in 1995, and Ben K Choi amended name to Life University in 2003(BPPE), and Ben K Choi amended name to University Of South Los Angeles(사우스로스엔젤레스대학교) in 2013(BPPE). Ben K Choi changed name from Life Christian University to Life University to State in 1995(this was fraudulent registration & this life university did not have BPPE & IRS registration & this is fraudulent because Life Christian University name changed to Life University to (BPPE & IRS) in 2003. Ben K Choi received BPPE's Life Christian University approval in 1995. Ben K Choi registered another Life Christian University to State in 1995 as stock-corporation with same address(555 w redondo beach bl, #111, gardena, ca, 90248) & Ben K Choi changed from stock-corporation to non-profit organization(life christian university)in 1996, and registered Y. H. Chang as president of life christian university in 1996(and this life christian university never existed from beginning therefore no record of BPPE & IRS) & this life christian university had business suspension from FTB in 2003(but this university never existed from beginning therefore no record of (BPPE & IRS). Ben K Choi changed name from Life Christian University(president Ben K Choi) to Life University to (BPPE & IRS) in 2003. Life University(formerly Life Christian University which registered in 1993 to (State, BPPE & IRS) became Southern California University(this University never existed & did not have BPPE & IRS record)in Feb-2013 to State. Southern California University became University Of South Los Angeles to ( State, BPPE & IRS) in Dec-2013. University Of South Los Angeles had Trac Accreditation in 2019. Life Christian University which registered in 1995 to State(never existed from beginning therefore no record of BPPE & IRS) had FTB dissolved notice in 2019, and which record is right? Answer is that, (BPPE & IRS) records are right. And State record is fraudulent because (BPPE & IRS) registration need permission, but State registration do not need permission. And this is my story=I graduated Life Christian University in 1999. And I visited University Of South Los Angeles for transcript in 2020. And Richard Kang refused issue transcript because I do not have Life University degree. And Richard Kang insisted, University Of South Los Angeles was established as Life University in 1993, and approved from BPPE as Life University in 1995. Therefore I searched, and found truth which is, University Of South Los Angeles was registered(established) as Life Christian University from State in 1993, and approved from BPPE as Life Christian University in 1995. And also my degree received from Ben K Choi who was president of Life Christian University in 1999 & my degree was signed by Ben K Choi as president. And my 1990th Life Christian University transcript's phone, fax, address are same with University Of South Los Angeles. And my Life Christian University 1995-1996 catalog contain that, Life Christian University was approved by BPPE in 1995. Therefore my Life Christian University and University Of South Los Angeles are same University.
