ARCHITECTURE

We create residential and commercial real estate for private and corporate clients. A team of architects and designers takes care of everything from concept to implementation. There are three main stages in this process:

SKETCH DESIGN (EP)

Development of a pre-project proposal in accordance with the technical conditions and the wishes of the customer. Formation of a set of documentation for agreement with the customer: general layout scheme, floor plans, 3D visualization, facades in color.

DESIGN PROPOSAL (PP)

Development of a project proposal in accordance with the technical conditions and the wishes of the customer. Formation of a set of documents in the amount of PP:

INTERIOR DESIGN
