I worked for the U-Haul call center at night working from home. U-Haul changes it's rules on a daily basis, sometimes more frequently than that They are constantly changing what you can and can't say to the customers, what you can and can't do, etc. They just make things up and have absolutely no consistent rules or policies for anything!!!!! Especially if they don't like you for whatever reason. If you are a hard worker and are a nice person, they will constantly bully you and tear you down. If you are a horrible person who treats everyone horrible, they will promote you. And they would often make us listen to men who would call in the middle of the night to hear a woman's voice while pleasuring themselves, we would often have to listen to that because we usually couldn't hang up on callers. But that changed on a frequent basis as well. Just like all of their policies and rules, as I said before. I honestly can't believe that they are still in business with their revolving door of employees and how horrible they treat customers!!!!!! They do NOT care about their employees or their customers!!!! They ONLY care about making money, they are extremely greedy!!!!!!!!
