I have a complaint to Ashwini Hospital ,Solapur that my relative was admit for 6 days and 12 hours for some emergency issue .Everyday they were visiting to the patient relative for payment . When we asked for bill summary they did not gave us and requested us to meet IT Department and they also told that they will give the summary after the discharge of the patient , when I strictly told them to give the summary they told me to meet the Administrator Mr. Vishwanath Merkar of Ashwini Hospital and he also told that the Hospital cannot give the bill summary before the patient discharge . I paid 200/- Rs per day per patient for disposable mask and hand gloves but everyday they washed the same hand gloves and gave the patient to wear for 7 days . I asked the Administrator and Medical Superintendent Dr. Rajendra Ghuli and they told that they use the same hand gloves for patient because Hospital cant afford a daily new hand gloves for per patient per day . When I asked for BSL GLUCOMETER report of my patient the Nurse regret to give the report and took me to the Nursing Superintendent Mr. Shinde and he told that we are not allowed to give the report and told that do whatever you want in anger and they took the BSL GLUCOMETER payment without testing it . Medical Superintendent , Administrator and Nursing Superintendent talk in rude manner and do not co-operate with the patient relatives . They are not giving good service for the patient and are only for business purpose . Please take legal action against it .
