Morning,

I am a customer at the Diepsloot boxer branch. On New Year's Day, I went to boxer to buy groceries to cook for my family. Upon Exit a male security asked for my invoice and to inspect my purchase of which i did as he asked as i know its procedure. He was very professional and friendly, and he handed me back my invoice when he done. As i exited another female security who was working at the exit door as well stepped in front of me and fondled my breasts and said to me " you look like a snake, your breasts don't look like they even exist, where are they?

And the other customers stood as well in shock of what she was doing to me. Her hands were all over my chest rubbing my breasts and telling me i look like a snake, they are so small. I froze in shock instead of slapping her cos i didn't even begin to think that such a thing can happen to me in a store by the store staff.

I asked her if she is sure and aware of what she is doing, and she laughed and said yes. I told her to immediately call her manager and the boxer store manager. I was told the store manager is on leave and instead came a lady called Yvonne and another who is apparently her supervisor. I relayed the incident to them and that i have just been sexually harassed by your staff member in front of so many customers. I did not buy my breasts in your store so why is she inspecting my breasts.

I have not been able to even go buy anything there since the 1st and it was my convenience store cos i live just 10mins away from it. My head is still spinning over the incident and i feel brutally harassed.

All her supervisor did was ask her to apologies and i told her i don't want her stupid apology cos if i didn't lay a complaint she was not going to apologies.
