C. Daniels Foundations is a family business with almost 40 years experience, specialising in restumping and underpinning houses throughout Melbourne and rural Victoria. Concrete or steel stumps are used as required, as well as a computer level to ensure the best possible result. We undertake setting out of new stumps for extensions, specialising in owner-builder projects. All required building permits are obtained prior to commencement of work, and we can also provide assistance with engineering certification for underpinning or load bearing pads for 2nd storey extensions. C. Daniels Foundation P/L is registered with the HIA as a Registered Building Practitioner, and is a member of the Master Builders’ Association. All works are covered by a 7 year guarantee, with $10 million public liability cover.
