useless, lost good canceled deliveries

After so many problems with TOLL I will no longer buy items sent via them. The last 4 deliveries have been messed up - just to get the steamer I bought I had to travel in the really bad part of town and it took me two and a half hours by bus each way and a long walk in the worst part of town imaginable. they also tried to deliver my clearly addressed parcel to a different state thousands of miles from here the sent it here then lost it for about a week.

Two days ago I rejected a days work to be here when they promised to deliver a different parcel and they didn't bother coming and messaged me to pick up from the depot . For some one who is unemployed and gets a days work now and then to give up a days work is a very big thing. I hope to never deal with them ever again.
