THE PROCESS, FROM START TO FINISH…
All our machinery is individually manufactured and programmed specifically for your use, for your business and for your products.
Once you place your order with us, we conduct a very short survey, to collect vital information, such as stand heights, location, power supply, ceiling height etc. This is to ensure that we manufacture the best possible machine, suitable for use in your production environment.
We provide drawings and dimensions of your machinery and once your machine is finished, we send you a video of your machine, in full operation, using “your” products and packaging.
We can then issue you with a “performance guarantee” which protects you and ensures that your machine will perform as agreed.
- All you need to do is send us your product and packaging to the factory.
Lead Time – this can vary depending on how big the solution is, however, we generally estimate from 3-6 weeks. In many cases, we have been a lot quicker!
Once your Pack Stuff Solution has been dispatched, we send you the tracking details, so you have a clear idea of when your pallet will arrive. All our machinery is either palletised or placed in a wooden shipping crate, to fully protect your new machine, whilst in transit.
