Skyline was founded in 2015 by Jared Pylatuik. After completing his education in Architectural Technologies and spending a few years gaining valuable information in the industry, he set out to see his own vision of a client-oriented business come to life. Since then Skyline has completed a wide range of projects including homes, cabins, farmhouses, renovations, additions, tenant fit-ups, and many more. We have won awards for our customer service and have had our designs featured in a local magazine.

At Skyline Designs we provide services for anyone looking to build - from individuals looking to build their first house to experienced home builders who have been in the industry for years - and everyone in between. We don't just provide two-dimensional floor plans - at Skyline we model every project in three dimensions. This helps our clients visualize the project and can also reduce potential errors during the build phase.

We provided services for new house builds, cabins, renovations, additions, tenant fitups, as-built drawings, and can provide a host of additional services including 3D renderings, virtual tours, energy code analysis, engineering, and many others.
