The health and safety of our staff and customers and of the community remains our strongest priority as a prominent South Australian family supermarket. As you may know, our advice from SA Health was that no steps were required by our team given the extremely low risk posed by the isolated visit in relation to our store. Our firm decision to voluntarily close was to allow time for our staff to receive testing out of an abundance of caution.

To date there have been zero close contacts and no cases from our premises as according to SA Health. This has been verified by the results of our own precautionary testing and extensive statewide testing by authorities.

Sanitisation of the entire store has occurred during our downtime inclusive of an extensive hospital grade spray and wipe of all areas in the supermarket multiple times in several stages. Every shelf and surface in our store has been coated with an 80% w/w ethanol spray solution as part of this intensive process.
